By placing an order at Danielle Millis, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old before purchasing any service and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Danielle Millis for the sale and supply of any service or course. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory or consumer rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be legally binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Danielle Millis in accordance to The General Data Protection Act (GDPR). The personal information you provide will be used to ensure a record of your custom as well providing you with information on our services or digital products. The information you provide is solely available to Danielle Millis and will not be shared with other third parties without prior consent. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request Danielle Millis to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the Danielle Millis conditions, you agree to the above.

PAYMENT POLICY
All services and courses remain Danielle Millis' intellectual property and even upon payment of a service or digital product the intellectual property rights remain with Danielle Millis. The price applicable is set at the date on which you place your order. If you are under 18 years old you are not eligible to purchase a service from Danielle Millis. Danielle Millis holds the right to withdraw you completely from any service plan or course if you fail to keep up with payments. Danielle Millis will always seek to re-enroll your subscription to any package plan, course or service once payments are made.
All transfers conducted through Danielle Millis are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. PRODUCT/SERVICE INFORMATION
All initiation aspects of our reiki courses are conducted in-person in Brighton. All coaching services are offered online via Zoom or in a group format in the stated online location. Danielle Millis reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase, and service offerings without prior notice, however the price of a service or product that you purchase will remain the same for the entire duration of your service. At the event of when a service is sold out, Danielle Millis has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best manner possible. Danielle Millis shall also notify the customer of relevant replacement services where possible. Danielle Millis also holds the right to refund or cancel any orders made when perceived as necessary at our discretion.
